How it works

Instagram Keyword Links

A keyword link is a word attached to whatever you want to share — a template, a preset, a course, a coupon. Say the word in a Reel or caption, and a visitor who searches it on your InstaLinkHub page gets the exact result back, instead of scrolling past everything else you've ever posted.

Common keywords creators use

preset

A Lightroom or mobile preset pack — say the word in a Reel, it's the first thing they'll search.

course

Link straight to your course landing page or checkout.

template

A Canva, Notion, or CapCut template, ready the moment someone asks.

freebie

A lead magnet or free download, no email-gate automation required.

ebook

A written guide or PDF, delivered by search instead of a DM thread.

discount

A coupon code or affiliate link tied to whatever word you say in a caption.

Organizing more than one resource

Most creators end up with a handful of keywords covering the things they mention most — a preset, a template, a course. Because each keyword is independent, you can add a new one whenever you have something new to share, without touching the keyword you've already promoted in a published Reel or caption. Editing what a keyword points to never requires changing the word itself.

Frequently asked questions

What is a keyword link?
It's a resource (a link, file, or short text) attached to a specific word on your InstaLinkHub page. When a visitor searches that word, they get the resource immediately — the keyword works like a lookup key for your page.
How many keywords can I have?
The free plan includes 10 active keywords. Upgrading to Pro removes the limit. See the Pricing page for details.
Can one keyword have more than one trigger word?
Yes — InstaLinkHub supports aliases, so a single result can be found by several related words (for example "ai", "claude", and "gpt" all pointing to the same result). The whole group still counts as one slot against your keyword limit.
Does the keyword need to match exactly?
Search is case-insensitive and ignores extra spaces, so "Preset", "preset", and " preset " all match the same result.
Can two different creators use the same keyword?
Yes. Keywords are scoped to each creator's own page, so "template" on your page is completely independent from "template" on anyone else's.
